We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We are able to reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice, given the polcies below.
A La Carte Lessons and Lesson Packages
A La Carte Lessons never expire
Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, 1x per credit
Recurring Lessons
4 Lesson Credits per month, scheduled to a recurring time slot per week
3 Cancellations max per 90 days.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, and must be rescheduled to occur within 90 days.
Make-up credits can be used to book an additional lesson, but cannot be applied toward a future scheduled lesson or used in place of a recurring membership charge
Lessons missed by student due to sickness or other unforeseen incident without 24 hour notice are forfeited. However, online/remote learning is available.
Lessons missed by school closure or teacher absence are credited, and not counted in the 3 cancellation limit.
